100% recommend this car dealership. Neil was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, and a lovely friendly guy. Car was immaculate when picked up- as if it was brand new! 12 month MOT too.Very swift and easy transaction. Would absolutely recommend to my family and friends and would certainly buy from here in future.Loved how quickly I was able to pick up too. It was ready the day after I viewed it!Couldn’t fault the place!

I was looked after by Neil and Richard. They are both very transparent no nonsense salespeople with no pressure to buy and very helpful in getting the transaction done once you have decided what you want to buy. They had the car serviced, mot’d and prepared to a very high standard ready for me to collect at my convenience. I was given a very fair price for my trade in and the price of my new car was very competitive. I would recommend Auto Sales North East, a company who looks after its customers.

What a fantastic company, I purchased a car online and spoke with Richard who was so helpful, informative and goes out of his way to keep you updated. My car was delivered a few hundred miles to my house and my own car taken in part exchange and it was exactly as I expected and more. I was nervous not having seen the car in person but Richard reassured me, sent me videos and it was better than I could have hoped for. The aftersales service is also great and I am looking forward to spending many happy years driving and loving my Mercedes’. Don’t be put off by online sales if you are not based in Sunderland, this company go the extra mile to give A* service to the customer and I also received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers with my car. Thank you Richard at Auto Sales North East Ltd for a brilliant experience and I love the car as much as you said I would!

Purchased a car from Autosales North East last week and from the beginning their service was fantastic. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and they made it very easy settling my current outstanding finance. My car was available to collect exactly when they said it would be and they even gave me a gorgeous bunch of flowers. I would highly recommend Auto sales North East, thank you for the fantastic service!
