I was extremely apprehensive about ordering a car online without having seen it. I live in Romford and was looking for a Ford Fiesta Ecoboost, in good condition, for a good price and locally to me the ones I visited were expensive and not in the best condition. I found the advert online and telephoned to enquire if they delivered all this way (which they did). I read the 5* reviews for the company and hoped they were genuine and from my experience I can vouch for them. The service from Richard and Neil was great, they were always available to answer queries and were extremely helpful. When the car was delivered the driver (Liam) was happy for me to inspect the car thoroughly. My new car is in fantastic condition and is exactly what I was looking for. They are polite, helpful, honest and I am very happy with my new car. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service, best I have experienced from a car dealership in my 20+ years of motoring. After sales service was prompt and professional and Richard and team were very helpful throughout. Hope to buy from them again in the future.

Breath of fresh air to deal with after bad experiences with past garages. Auto sales couldn’t do enough for us! All cars seemed very high quality and the one we purchased certainly is. Very professional, friendly and trustworthy people. Their attention to detail is impeccable. We got 12months MOT, service, new tyres, alloys refurbished and more for no extra cost. Arranged an appointment to view a car, drove 45 miles to come and see it. We were told when we got there that the car had now been sold. Amateurs.

The guys were absolutely superb all though the buying process. The car was prepared to a very high standard, everything done for MOT with no advisories. I travelled from Scotland to collect the car and was met at the station. Very honest and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely highly recommended dealers. Thanks very much

Fantastic first class experience from start to finish! The owners went above and beyond to get me in to my new car. Couldn’t be happier and can’t recommend them highly enough! Car was fully serviced, MOT’d, valeted and 12 months breakdown cover as standard and it looks like a brand new car. I would definitely buy another car from this garage.

Bought a Seat Leon from Neil, I can not recommend this company enough, very helpful, very knowledgable. If anyone is apprehensive about using a car dealership for their next car, look no further than Auto Sales North East ltd. it has been such a simple and pressure free process and I was driving away incredibly quickly. Will definitely be coming here for my next car too! Really felt ‘looked after’!
