Part exchanged my Mercedes CLA for a C class at Auto Sales, the purchase was taken care of by Richard. The whole process was unproblematic as it should be but what sets this garage apart from others is the customer service and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for Richard - honest, upfront and no pressure to go ahead - and the beautiful bouquet of flowers given to me when I collected my car was the most lovely gesture.
